If you need help with sleep problems causing you stress and ongoing issues at home or at work, I can help. As a Consulting Neurophysiologist I’ve studied sleep and worked in sleep labs. I’m now offering advice, training and mentoring in clinically proven ways that will help instill confidence in your choices of meditation and lifestyle improvements for your clients. We share up-to-date academic research and use my own clinical experience to complement your existing approaches and help you be better at what you already do well.
Why CHIASMA? It relates to a very interesting part of our brain, the Optic Chiasma (or Chiasm) where the optic nerves cross. Visual information such as light and movement in the right visual field goes to the left side of the Occipital lobe in the brain while that from the left goes to the right. There's also non-visual but light sensitive pathways to the epithalamus and the Pineal gland, which has further connections and crossings to other parts of the brain and autonomic nervous system.
